The Ware County teacher who was arrested for solicitation of sodomy is being indicted on federal charges that include sex trafficking of a minor, according to the teacher's indictment.
The indictment for 42-year-old Tracy Wayne Crosby added sex trafficking charges in addition to coercing a minor to engage in sex and possession of child pornography.
Crosby was arrested in November after he was caught soliciting a juvenile for sodomy.

According to the federal document, Crosby recruited and solicited a minor in a commercial sex act between the time of August and Nov. 29. Crosby used the internet and a cellphone as a way to coerce and engage in prostitution and sexual activity, the document said.
Deputies said they spoke with the mother of the 16-year-old boy, who told them she witnessed Crosby having a "a sexual relationship" with her son at the park.
Crosby may have exposed the teen to HIV. According to the Camden County Sheriff's Office jail log, Crosby has an HIV-infected person charge against him and might have exposed the teen to HIV.
Crosby has since been fired from his teaching position in Ware County and part-time job as a deputy in Pierce County.
