An Atlanta developer is sharing his vision for a $300 million village center at I295 and Butler Boulevard.
In January, Action News Jax reported that the Skinner family, the current owner, is looking to sell off most of the more than 1,000 acres of land near the St. Johns Town Center.

It’s now just a rendering. But someday, it could be where thousands of people live, work and play.
“I think it’s good. Development should always be good,” said Justin Ragans, who works in the area. Fuqua Development, the Atlanta Developer, is hoping to build the village center at I295 and Butler Boulevard near the St. Johns Town Center. The developer gave Action News Jax the renderings, which include a food hall, shops, restaurants, office space, hotels, apartments and green space, which will include a stage.
Construction could start as soon as the developer buys the land, which could happen as early as next year.
