TAMPA, Fla. — Former WWE manager Terri Runnels was arrested Sunday morning after she brought a gun to the airport in Tampa, Florida, according to Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office records.
TMZ Sports reported that Runnels, 52, was arrested and charged with carrying a concealed firearm, a Class 3 felony, by Tampa International Airport police.
According to the tabloid site, Runnels was carrying a loaded Glock 9 mm handgun.
She was released on $2,000 bond the same Sunday afternoon, according to Sheriff's Office records.
Runnels mostly worked as a manager in WWE, but wrestled in the 2002 WWE Hardcore Championship, which she won.
