OTTAWA — A moose spent several hours swimming and soaking in a homeowner's pool, before hopping out, jumping a fence and running into a forest.
Paul Koch awoke Friday and was surprised to find the large animal in his pool, CTV News reported.

By 10:30 a.m. the moose had gotten out of the pool and headed toward a wooded area.

“Fortunately, she just climbed out by herself, raced across the yard and jumped a fence — it’s about five-and-a-half feet — into the neighbor’s yard. Fortunately, she missed their swimming pool and just kept going," Koch told the Ottawa Citizen. “It certainly made my morning."
