MIAMI — A Texas family was reunited Sunday with the chihuahua mix stolen from them six years ago.

“So happy to have him back in our family where he belongs,” Debra Vasquez said after driving 20 hours for the reunion.
The Vasquez’s reported him missing in 2014.
“We legit thought he was gone,” daughter Danae Vasquez told WPLG.
It is unclear how the small, 15-year old dog found his way to Florida.
The woman said she got him six months ago from his previous owner and could no longer care for him.
“Oh my gosh. It’s amazing,” Vasquez told WTVJ. “He still looks the same, just older.”
