JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — VyStar Credit Union is asking for customers to be patient as they handle problems with their new Internet banking system.
Bank officials say the system is overwhelmed with so many people signing up.
A post on the VyStar website Tuesday saying, “Internet Banking has launched! Our Mobile Apps are currently unavailable. Many of you have already enrolled, and it may take longer than normal to access your account or enroll, if you haven’t already. Our Call Center and VyChat are experiencing heavy volume, as is our website. We appreciate your patience.”
The company also posted an apology for the inconvenience on Facebook Tuesday.
To ease the problems, the credit union is expanding branch and call center hours to accommodate the demand.
The VyStar Mobile Banking apps continue to be unavailable. Please try back later or access our Internet Banking site at https://online.vystarcu.org/VYCU/login.aspx
