We are tracking a cool and dry morning Monday. We will see temperatures rise to the upper 70s by this afternoon as a warm front lifts north through the area. A few scattered showers will develop later tonight in SE Georgia. More showers will push in for the Tuesday morning commute.
This will be the first of two waves of rain tomorrow. More locally heavy rainfall will move in Tuesday afternoon and evening from the southwest.
Everyone should see rain tomorrow. Rainfall totals will be 1-3 inches with locally higher amounts. A few showers will linger into Wednesday morning before we begin to see showers move away from our area. A cool down begins Wednesday night with morning lows dropping down into the 30s by Thursday morning.
